Assembling of research and development activities in the following fields: e-health, interoperability, validation, technical integration and safety of medical devices and information.
Within this project the UAS Technikum Wien will contribute research and development work in the field of e-health and interoperability of medical devices and data’s.
2008 a group of Biomedical Engineering Master students featured from
a Biomedical Informatics Bachelor class started a project, developing a
modular software platform for managing and viewing biosignals. The target of this first Project in the frame of “Healthy Interoperability”
is to built a software which is able to handle different standards and
formats of biosignal devices.
This project is being funded by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) as part of the FHPlus in Coin program and by the City of Vienna – MA 27 EU Strategy and Economic Development based on the 2005 funding framework for universities of applied sciences.
