UAS Technikum Wien celebrates the #ERASMUSDAYS – come and celebrate with us!

Every year from 10 to 12 October, Europeans celebrate the EU's flagship project Erasmus+, which has allowed millions of European citizens to spend valuable time abroad to study, work, or complete further training abroad.

Within this framework, the International Office of the FH Technikum Wien is organizing 4 events with the aim of getting even more students and staff interested in the Erasmus+ project and presenting previous projects.

From 07 - 11 October, the poster exhibition Instagrammable Erasmus+ Locations on the bridge between our buildings A and F will draw attention to less well-known and popular partner institutions. The aim of the exhibition is to appeal to the students' sense of adventure and thus to point out possibilities within the Erasmus+ programme, from the classic semester abroad to the study-relevant internship in the Erasmus+ room.

On Tuesday, 8 October, the International Office invites all staff members of UAS Technikum Wien to Erasmus for Breakfast to taste European breakfast delicacies and at the same time find out about possibilities within the Erasmus+ staff mobility for all employees and lecturers.

Thursday, 10 October, will be dedicated to research and internationalisation - two topics that go hand in hand. From 5pm in room F7.04, a student of the Master's programme Medical Engineering and eHealth and her supervisor at the partner institution Técnico Lisboa will discuss the possibilities of research within the Erasmus+ space as a student. The Portuguese finale with fado and typical regional delicacies offers space for questions and discussions. Please register here for this event.

This year's Erasmus Days will conclude with the networking event From Global to Gugelhupf to which current incoming students and returning outgoing students will be invited to exchange on common experiences and network. The aims of this event are on the one hand to bring the students together and on the other hand to overcome and cope with the culture shock back in the hometown or in a completely new environment.

The International Office of the FH Technikum Wien is looking forward to exciting days and the common exchange! In this spirit: once Erasmus, always Erasmus!
