The double degree program of the Master’s in Sports Technology offers students the opportunity to graduate from UAS Technikum Wien as a “Master of Science in Engineering” as well as from Mid Sweden University (Östersund, Sweden) as a “Master of Science”.
The International Credit Mobility Project 2016 of UAS Technikum Wien which was successfully completed in 2018 was awarded as one of the three best Erasmus+ projects of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Austria.
In mid-October, FH Technikum Wien focused on the topics of KNX and Smart Home, as the KNX Certification and the KNX Scientific Conference was organized by the Faculty of Electronic Engineering at UAS Technikum Wien.
For the first time, a summer school with the topic “eHealth” took place at the Technikum. Participants were students all over the world, who were looking forward to get to know more about eHealth and the beauty of the city of Vienna.
Every year, motivated students from around the world have the opportunity to collect valuable experiences in addition to credit points for their degrees during their summer holidays at the OeAD summer programmes.
UAS Technikum Wien has been offering various activities to support an internationalization at home over the last years, among which intercultural trainings, foreign language courses etc., in order to prepare the students for the challenges that global developments bring along.
On June 28, 2017, the second graduation ceremony for the double-degree Master’s program in Big Data Systems (HSE, Russia) and Information Systems Management (UAS Technikum Wien, Austria) was held at the Austrian Residence.
