Consent form

_{For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant RoboCupJunior Austria and its project partner (Educational Lab) the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, with respect to any and all photographs, film, or video that have been taken of me and all visitors.}

_{In particular the consent form includes: (1) To copyright the same in RoboCupJunior Austria’s own name or any other name that RoboCupJunior Austria may choose; (2) To use, re-use, publish, re-publish and modify the same in hole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs or images, in any or all media now known or hereafter developed and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion and advertising. I hereby release and discharge RoboCupJunior Austria and its photographers, agents, successors, assigns, licensees, and any designees (including any agency, client, broadcaster, periodical or other publication) from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of such photographs, film or video, including but not limited to any claims for defamation or invasion of pr ivacy. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of RoboCupJunior Austria and its successors, assigns, licensees and designees. RoboCupJunior Austria may sell, assign, license or otherwise transfer all rights granted to it hereunder. I hereby warrant that I have the right and power to provide this authorization and release. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify RoboCupJunior Austria and its successors, assigns, licensees distributors and designees from any damages, legal fees and expenses arising out of any breach of the foregoing warranty and further agree to cooperate in any legal proceedings either brought against RoboCupJunior Austria or brought by RoboCupJunior Austria as related to the rights granted to RoboCupJunior in the photographs, film or video. My right to enter into this agreement is complete and unencumbered. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns. I have read the foregoing in its entirety and fully understand the contents thereof.}
