In addition to subject-specific qualifications, engineering students should also be able to communicate well and be internationally networked. To support them in this, FHTW lecturer Paul Talbot launched the International Engineering Collaboration workshop at UAS Technikum Wien. This podcast interview was conducted in English.
According to FHTW lecturer Paul Talbot, it is very important for engineering ideas to use linguistic tools and language elements. The areas of communication, collaboration, language and linguistics are very important for technical developments, according to the FHTW lecturer.
Talbot works at UAS Technikum Wien at the Department Entrepreneurship & Communications (Faculty: Languages) and supports future engineers in preparing for communication, cooperation and collaboration in international technical, economic and political discourse communities.
