Robotics Day 2025: UAS Technikum Wien Invites You to a Diverse Robot Show

Free events for the public and professionals in the field of Robotics.

On Thursday, 23 January 2025, the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien invites you to a Robotics Day at its campus. The event offers exciting insights into the world of robotics and highlights its future possibilities and potential – with several tracks aimed at different target groups, from school students and the generally interested public to a specialist audience.

Event Highlights:

Campus tours (9:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.): visit state-of-the-art laboratories and the Technikum Digital Factory, a pilot factory for smart productions.
Project exhibition (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.): students from the bachelor’s programme in mechatronics / robotics present their work and provide insights into the training.

Industry exhibition (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.): industrial partners present the latest developments and technologies.
Workshops (from 10:00 a.m.): practical experience in robotics, mechatronics and electronics for interested participants.

Industry Talks & Robotics Talk (starting at 2:00 pm): Experts from research and industry discuss the economic and technological development of robotics in Austria. This year’s focus: Robotics and automation in viticulture.

Registration:

Participation in tours and workshops is free of charge, but advance registration via our booking platform is required.

Visitors can expect an inspiring event with exciting lectures, practical workshops and intensive networking opportunities!
