Celebrating Diversity: UAS Technikum Wien at the Diversity Ball in Vienna City Hall

At the beginning of September 2025, the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien was represented at the Diversity Ball in Vienna City Hall – one of the largest celebrations of diversity, tolerance, and inclusion in Austria. More than 3,500 guests celebrated together on six stages, where over 100 artists provided a colorful and varied program.

Participation in the Diversity Ball was part of the Equality Management initiatives during Pride Month. The ball tickets were raffled off among our employees and students during the kick-off event.

The lucky winners—consisting of lecturers, colleagues from various departments, and students with guests—represented UAS Technikum Wien at the event. Together, they sent a visible signal for diversity, equality, and inclusion and carried our values beyond the university.
