UAS Technikum Wien Joins Africa-Uninet

By becoming a member of Africa-UniNet, UAS Technikum Wien strengthens its international relations and promotes the exchange of knowledge with African universities.
UAS Technikum Wien is pleased to announce that it is a member institution of Africa-UniNet with July 2024. By joining Africa-UniNet, the UAS Technikum Wien aims at:
▪ driving internationalization forward by reaching out to new regions in order to broaden the partnership portfolio and increase the diversity on campus and for the community,
▪ formalizing existing activities around Africa (primarily project-based in the past: study trips, Erasmus+ projects etc.),
▪ exchanging of best practices and innovative solutions in digitalization, climate change, and healthcare,
▪ esp. digital innovations and new technologies harbor a great deal of potential in African countries (Start up scene) and go in line with the endeavors of UAS Technikum Wien.
Participation in Africa-UniNet was approved at the 14th Africa-UniNet Board Meeting on 15 May 2024. UAS Technikum Wien is convinced that membership in this network will strengthen co-operation with other African higher education institutions, promote the exchange of knowledge and resources and advance joint projects.
We are looking forward to be part of the Africa-UniNet network and contributing to the development and strengthening of Africa and Austria together with its members.
