Engineering Firm Experts Provided Practical Insights Into Mechanical Engineering

Experts from the engineering firm BECONEO GmbH reported on projects, everyday situations, and anecdotes from the industry as part of a course. In doing so, they gave the students valuable inspiration for their further education.
On Friday, September 5, three colleagues from the engineering firm BECONEO GmbH visited the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien as part of the course “Mechanical Engineering in Industrial Practice.”
Philipp Ebner, Thomas Markut, and Jakob Kaltenbrunner gave the students exciting insights into their everyday work as mechanical engineers. They showed the challenges and opportunities that await future engineers in “real life” – and didn’t miss the opportunity to share a few anecdotes from their practical experience.
The exchange offered students the opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with real-life experience from industry and to gain initial insights into possible career paths in mechanical engineering.
