New Member Inducted Into the Alumni Advisory Board

The focus was on AI in education, trends among applicants, and collaboration with partner companies. With Fabian Eggbauer joining the committee, it gains an important new voice.
On April 15, 2026, a working meeting of the Alumni Advisory Board was held at UAS Technikum Wien. The focus was on the integration of artificial intelligence into teaching, trends in applicant demographics, engagement with the current 70 corporate partners, and a visit to the Career Lounge. Participants discussed concrete steps for further developing these priorities and strengthened the network between the university, the alumni community, and corporate partners.
UAS Technikum Wien is particularly pleased to welcome Fabian Eggbauer as a new member of the Alumni Advisory Board. The expansion of the board underscores the goal of incorporating alumni perspectives even more strongly into the university’s strategic development.

Alumni Crowd
Since 1994, over 19,000 graduates have completed their studies at UAS Technikum Wien. The Alumni Crowd keeps graduates up to date with regular emails, invites them to events, and offers exclusive benefits such as discounts on continuing education courses.
Alumni Advisory Board
The Alumni Advisory Board is an informal group dedicated to fostering contact between graduates and the university.
